• Water can be removed from Natural Gas using a variety of processes, including:
    • Glycol Dehydration (TEG & DEG) (see picture below)
    • Calcium Chloride(CaCl2) Dehydration (also Lithium and Barium Chloride)
    • Dry Desiccant Dehydrators using Molecular Sieves, Silica Gel, Activated Alumina or Activated Carbon (see picture beside)
    • Membrane Systems
    • Ethylene Glycol (MEG) Injection
    • Methanol (MeOH) Injection
  • I have extensive experience with all of them.
  • These processes can be used as stand alone systems, or as a component of a larger, more complicated processing facility.
  • Each process has unique advantages and disadvantages. The requirements of each application will determine the one best suited.
